We undertook the challenge of developing an app from scratch that integrates multiple features into a single screen to provide an efficient, smooth, and scalable interface. Our main focus was on creating a customer support system that could handle multiple customer interactions and ensure efficient record management. The team executed a comprehensive review of the existing app structure to identify areas for improvement and optimization. We also worked on simplifying the navigation flow and user interface design to create a more intuitive and user-friendly experience for users.
